Dr. Pickart is a very wonderful plastic surgeon he is very detailed and discloses all to whatever procedure you want; he is very skilled and talented at his profession, and I can't say enough about his Staff... excellent. Want an exceptional facial you have to make an appointment with Teri Elliott/ she will make you feel great 😉
